WORK PERMIT VISA
Work visas are mostly controlled by the Bangladesh government, with government-selected agencies issuing work permits. Documents required as prescribed by the BANGLADESH government
- Printed copy of duly filled in online VISA application form and signed accordingly;
- Recent passport size colour photo- 2 (Two) copies with white background;
- Original Passport (valid at least for six months) with photocopy of photo page;
- A Letter from concern employer of Bangladesh mentioning the applicant's position in the organization.
- Appointment letter and contract papers with full terms and conditions including salary details.
- Recommendation letter from the concern Ministry in Bangladesh/BOI/BEPZA
Tourist/Visit Visa
Passport
The applicant must provide a Bangladeshi original passport issued within 10 years. The passport must be valid for six months. The passport validity should follow the planned date of departure from the designated country. Handwriting and alterations are not permitted.
Photograph
Applicants must provide a current passport-size photograph. It must be the same size as per the embassy instruction photo. The photo can't be older than six months.
Forwarding Letter/NOC
A forwarding letter is an NOC or a LOI or any other letter from the Bangladeshi authority. The letter is formally written on the letterhead pad of the company. The letter must contain the applicant's name, designation, and passport number. It should also address the length of their visit.
Copy of Valid Trade License
Trade licenses should be provided by applicants who are self-employed or businessmen. The applicant must provide the trade license of their business. The Bangladesh Board of Revenue usually provides the trading license.
Personal Bank Statement
Applicants must provide their bank statements for the last six months. A legitimate seal and signature should accompany the declaration to confirm its reliability. The bank statement may come from another bank or one in Bangladesh.
Personal TIN Certificate
The applicant needs to submit a TIN certificate.
Tax documents
The applicant needs to submit tax-related documents for the last 6 months.
Company Bank Statement
The applicant needs to submit the company bank statement for the last 6 months. It will only be applicable If the company sponsors the trip.
National ID Card Copy (NID)
It should be translated into English if it is in Bengali.
Student ID Card
If the applicant is a student then upload the Student ID Card
Previous Visa Copy
Previous visa copy if visited any countries within last 10 years.
Utility Bill Copy
A utility bill is a detailed list of charges for the essential services needed to run your household. It usually includes basic details such as your name, address, date, and account number. Electricity bills, water bills, gas bills, internet bills, etc., are included.
Airline Ticket Booking
The applicant needs to prove that they are flying from Bangladesh. In this case, the documents for purchasing a plane ticket that matches the duration of the trip work.
Hotel Booking
A reserved hotel booking for the applicant’s accommodation is also needed. The applicant should mention the hotel or resort as per the schedule of the trip.
