1. Passport- The applicant must provide a Bangladeshi original passport issued within 10 years. The passport must be valid for six months. The passport validity should follow the planned date of departure from the designated country. Handwriting and alterations are not permitted.
2. Photograph - Applicants must provide a current passport-size photograph. It must be the same size as per the embassy instruction photo. The photo can't be older than six months.

4. Cover Letter- The applicants must provide a personalized letter of application. The applicant must give personal details. For example, name, designation, passport number, and purpose of trip. The letter should be addressed to the Visa Officer of the Embassy. The visa category must be in the subject line.
5. Forwarding letter/NOC - A forwarding letter is an NOC or a LOI or any other letter from the Bangladeshi authority. The letter is formally written on the letterhead pad of the company. The letter must contain the applicant's name, designation, and passport number. It should also address the length of their visit.
6. Office Id Card- Applicants must submit a copy of their office ID card from the employer. The business may be based in Bangladesh or somewhere else.
7. Personal ITR Certificate (last 3 Years) - The applicant needs to submit an ITR copy of the last 3 years. The ITR copy needs to be collected from the Bangladesh National Board of Revenue.
8. Personal Bank Statement- Applicants must provide their bank statements for the last six months. A legitimate seal and signature should accompany the declaration to confirm its reliability. The bank statement may come from another bank or one in Bangladesh.
9. TIN- The applicant needs to submit a TIN certificate.
10. Tax Document- The applicant needs to submit tax-related documents for the last 1/2 Years .
11. Company Bank Statement- The applicant needs to submit the company bank statement for the last 6 months. It will only be applicable If the company sponsors the trip.
12. Company ITR - If any company sponsors the trip, the applicants need to provide the company’s past six months ITR record.
13. Trip Itinerary- A detailed travel schedule for the applicant's journey from Bangladesh is required to be submitted. It will contain all the travel details
14. Air Ticket Booking - The applicant needs to prove that they are flying from Bangladesh. In this case, the documents for purchasing a plane ticket that matches the duration of the trip work.
15. Health Insurance- Applicant needs to submit an original copy and photocopy of his/her travel health insurance. Travel Health Insurance covers the full length of an applicant's intended visit. The insurance must be valid throughout the territory of the visiting state/s.
16. Hotel Booking- A reserved hotel booking for the applicant’s accommodation is also needed. The applicant should mention the hotel or resort as per the schedule of the trip.
