India Visa
Indian Visa for Bangladesh in different categories, most of the tourists from Bangladesh go to India for medical and business purposes, so the documents required for these three categories are given below.
Indian Tourist Visa Requirment:
1. Passport, in original, with a minimum validity of six months as on the date of submission of application for visa. The passport should have at least two (2) blank pages. Copy of the passport ( Page no 2 & 3 ) should be attached. All old passports must be submitted with the application form.
2. One recent (not less than 3 months old) 2x2 (350x350 pixels) colour photograph depicting full face with white background.
3. Proof of Residence (Present): A copy of National ID Card and Utility Bill such as electricity, telephone, gas or water bill (not less than 6 month old)
4. Proof of Profession: Certificate from the employer. In case of students, copy of Identity card from the educational institution is to be attached, for retired person need retirement papers .
5. Proof of Financial soundness: International travel card like SBI Travel card / updated bank statement (last 3 month) / endorsement* of foreign currency equivalent to US$150/- per applicant ( Endorsement* should not be older than 1 (one) month at the time of submission), International credit card with running year endorsement in the passport.
- Indian Medical Visa Requirment:
1. Passport, in original, with a minimum validity of six months as on the

4. A copy of National ID Card OR Birth Certificate( whichever applicable)
Proof of Residence:

telephone bill (not less than 6 months old)
6. Proof of Financial soundness: Endorsement of foreign currency
equivalent to US$150/- per applicant (Endorsement should not be older than
three months at the time of submission) OR Updated summary Bank
statement showing sufficient funds OR copy of international credit card or
Travel card (Example - SBI Travel card).
7. Proof of Profession: Government Order Copy (If the applicant is a serving government
employee) OR Certificate from the employer(If the applicant is a private company
employee). OR A copy of the Registration granted to the Business establishment by the
Government of Bangladesh(In case of self employed persons).
8. A copy of Identity card from the educational institution (If the applicant is
a student) OR A copy of the retirement papers (If the applicant is a retired governmentü
employee).
9. Necessary medical documents in support of the ailments/disease from
local doctor along with medical reports
Valid appointment letter from Indian hospital mentioning/
highlighting name & passport details of applicant & attendant, date of
appointment, doctor etc.
